RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for detailed information on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. All tags must still be attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  2. Store credit first: Before processing a return, we will offer store credit for more than the original value of the item, which you can use for future purchases.
  3. Return instructions: If you prefer a refund rather than store credit, we will assist you with the return and provide instructions.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as a return.
  • Subject to availability, we will exchange the item for you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chrysanthouldn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
