At Chrysanthoux, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Our shipping and delivery policies are designed to ensure you get your orders quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there are any significant delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods to best serve you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Domestic)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Domestic)
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout, and rates are based on the destination, weight, and size of the items you are purchasing.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped from our London-based studio.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location, but generally, international orders are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for more details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at chrysanthouldn@gmail.com

For any items damaged during delivery, we require photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Packaging

We are committed to sustainability and aim to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. Your order will arrive in recyclable or biodegradable packaging to minimize our environmental impact.

Important Notes

Orders placed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may experience longer delivery times due to high demand.
Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address, as we cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
